1. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time within the EU is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping: Free (no tracking).

Track & Trace / Secure shipping: €4,95.
Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How can I track my order?
If you selected Track & Trace / Secure shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
For free standard shipping, no tracking is available.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags and labels must still be attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear) cannot be returned.

5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you received the wrong item or a defective product.
6. How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are always made using the same payment method you used for your order.
7. What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us immediately at info@veshy.store with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us at info@veshy.store. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
