1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days by email. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or defective.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or used personal products cannot be returned.

2. Delivery and Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery times within the EU are 5–8 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs checks.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

  • Additional shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, and others as displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed before goods are shipped.
